Whatever we are thinking consistently, becomes our Focus in life!
Thought is creative. Whatever we are focusing on, we will create, have or experience.
If we focus on what we don’t want, we will also get what we don’t want. If we focus mainly only on the things that we want and desire, we will get the things that we want.
Just remember that this will not happen if we just do it only for 5 – 10 minutes a day and the rest of our day we go back to our old habits of focusing on what we don’t want. Also remember that the things that you used to focus on that you did not want will not now magically disappear in your life. Your thoughts have already set those things in action. Your job is to counteract those thoughts by now focusing only on what you want in life.
To explain it to you more metaphorically: It is like a plant. “The part of the plant above the soil is the results that you are now getting in life and the root system is the cause (whatever you were previously focusing on). If we take a blade and cut the root from the plant off just under the soil, the plant will not just disappear instantly. It will gradually start to wilt and then die. But the plant will still be visible. It will take some months to fully decay and become part of the soil again. This is exactly how, over time, your results will change if you can change your focus and ONLY Focus on what you want and desire in life. Everything will gradually start to fall into place.”
It is by such exercises as these that we will finally be able to control our mental moods, our attitude, and our consciousness. Thinking is the process by which we may gain the things we hope for in life and hold the result in until it becomes a part of our lives, That’s Faith.
