God is still talking to you even today…..

Jesus used parables extensively in His ministry, to talk to us. Because Holy spirit is and will interpret them to us. At one stage Jesus says “All these things Jesus spoke to the multitudes in parables, and He was not talking to them without a parable.”(ref,Matthews 13*34).

Why does God speak in such vague ways that require interpretation? That’s a question one can ask.

Parables are often pictorial and a picture’s meaning can express ten thousand words. Those who linger in front of a picture in an art gallery are the ones who will start to understand what the artist is trying to communicate.

People who mull over a parable, and try to work out its meaning, are opened up to God speaking to them through it. Parables thus work well with those who are hungry for more of God, but are not immediately responsive.
Parables provide space for the receiver of the parable, who, because they are not directly identified as the person involved, they are then able to identify themselves in it. The ability to respond in their own way is much more open to them, as they are not confronted directly and pressured into making one.
Parables can reach closed people in a way that other things cannot.

God uses parables in His communication to us. When Jesus Christ asked why He kept speaking in parables He replied “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from Him. Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.” (ref,Matthew 13*11-13 )
God when He speaks like this wants us to search the Bible and to pray to Him for interpretation and answers. This will mean that we get closer to Him in the process of understanding what he is saying. We will also own the information in a personal way as we have made it ours.

(ref,Jeremiah 33*3) “Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognise, and have knowledge of and understand).”

God has prepared something for you…..

Jesus walked with God and no situation took him by surprise – He knew Judas was going to betray him (ref,Matthews 26*25,)that Lazarus had died (ref,John 11*14,) that Peter would deny him three times Mt 26:34. He knew what people were thinking in their hearts. (ref,Matthews 9*4)
Jesus was able to clearly see situations before they arose. He was able to describe to the disciples that when they entered Jerusalem “A man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him into the house that he enters. ”(ref,Luke 22*10-13).

This gift of seeing clearly, is in the reach of those who will do “greater works than Him” (ref,John 14*12 ) especially corporately, together as the body of Christ.
The ability to be able to see/hear clearly for the body of Christ so that, even if the odds are overwhelming, we may walk victoriously forward with sure feet, and not be surprised by anything in our path of life with God.

“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him. For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God” (ref,1 Cor 2*9-10)

(ref,Roman 10*19) “I will make you jealous by that which is not a nation, by a nation without understanding will I anger you.”……He who has an ear to hear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

Never doubt that God is with You……….

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”(ref,John 14*26-28)

God is in control. No matter what happens, He will never let any test that will defeat you, never doubt that. For followers of Jesus, everything will turn out for good. No person and no bad event can separate us from him.

When Jesus tells us not to be afraid, that’s not a suggestion that’s a command! He’s reassuring us because he does know the future for us, Remember something important. In the Garden of Gethsemane, before His crucifixion, Jesus was afraid. He has experienced fear too. Nobody understands like Jesus when it comes to your fears.

But because Jesus knows the future and because he cannot lie, we can have the peace he talks about. And wait on Him for victory of eternal life, never doubt that God is with you in every single situation and test of life.,(ref, John 3*16)

God pronounce us not guilty, When we Repent………

Can a person be saved without holding to the core beliefs of Christianity? No. But along with accepting as true those core beliefs must be a spiritual transformation. Jesus said that in order to inherit eternal life one must be “born again” (John 3*3).” Jesus answered them and said, surely, surely, I say to you, except a man be born again, he can’t see the kingdom of God”.

To be born again is a work of the Holy Spirit in the heart of a repentant sinner. Just as a mother in labor does all the work in bringing forth a new life, so the Holy Spirit does the work in transforming a sinner into a new creature (2 Corinthians 5*17).”Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new”.

This process begins when God draws a heart through conviction of sin and hope of forgiveness (John 6*44).”No man can come to me, except the Father which have sent me draw him to me, and I will raise him up at the last day”.When we surrender to God and repent of our sin (Acts 2*38),”Then Peter said to them, repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit”.

God applies the blood of His own Son to our account and cancels the debt we owe Him (Colossians 2*14). “By this act of transference, God pronounces us “not guilty”; that is, He justifies us (Romans 4*5). Salvation is a divine exchange: Jesus becomes our sin so that we can become His perfection (2 Corinthians 5*21). This is the gospel at the very core of Christianity

intimate connection with Lord Jesus Christ..

All of us long to connect with someone who can identify with our circumstances and share in our day-to-day life. Prayer is just that – a personal experience and intimate connection with our loving Heavenly Father.

moment-by-moment prayer life that God desires for you to experience.(ref,1 John 5:14-15 ), “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us – whatever we ask – we know that we have what we asked of Him.”

Ingredients of Faith is Focus……

Whatever we are thinking consistently, becomes our Focus in life!

Thought is creative. Whatever we are focusing on, we will create, have or experience.
If we focus on what we don’t want, we will also get what we don’t want. If we focus mainly only on the things that we want and desire, we will get the things that we want.
Just remember that this will not happen if we just do it only for 5 – 10 minutes a day and the rest of our day we go back to our old habits of focusing on what we don’t want. Also remember that the things that you used to focus on that you did not want will not now magically disappear in your life. Your thoughts have already set those things in action. Your job is to counteract those thoughts by now focusing only on what you want in life.

To explain it to you more metaphorically: It is like a plant. “The part of the plant above the soil is the results that you are now getting in life and the root system is the cause (whatever you were previously focusing on). If we take a blade and cut the root from the plant off just under the soil, the plant will not just disappear instantly. It will gradually start to wilt and then die. But the plant will still be visible. It will take some months to fully decay and become part of the soil again. This is exactly how, over time, your results will change if you can change your focus and ONLY Focus on what you want and desire in life. Everything will gradually start to fall into place.”

It is by such exercises as these that we will finally be able to control our mental moods, our attitude, and our consciousness. Thinking is the process by which we may gain the things we hope for in life and hold the result in until it becomes a part of our lives, That’s Faith.

Allowing The Glory of God..

Do you have a person or circumstance in your life that is causing you pain? Maybe it is the attitude or action of someone that irritates you. Sometimes, we are tolerating things that we shouldn’t be—and it is right to be honest, confront and deal with those issues. However, there are times God allows painful situations or pain in our lives because He has a greater purpose with our lives.

I believe God wants to show you the potential for His glory in that situation that has been causing you ongoing irritation, annoyance or even grief.

Stay humble and Release God’s Glory into that Situation. Many people, in order to stop the pain, they harden themselves against the source of pain. They close their hearts or become critical and judgmental towards that which is causing frustration and pain.

Your Father says, ‘Stay soft and vulnerable before Me! Allow yourself to feel the irritation and welcome it as a reminder. Release my Presence and glory over that thing that is causing you pain in your life.’ God Himself is the only defense we need. ‘But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.’ (ref,Psalm 3*3).

‘Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.’(ref,Col 3*13).

Has a person been a source of aggravation or ongoing hurt? Release glory, release the Presence of God through forgiveness.
Any time you are reminded of the pain, continue to maintain an attitude of forgiveness.

Release Blessing and Prayer.
Speak blessing towards that issue, or that person who is aggravating you. The root words of the Greek word for blessing, eulogeo, means to speak well of.

Jesus said, …bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.’’(ref,Luke 6*28)

Turn ongoing irritation into a reminder to pray for that person or situation. When you pray, you are releasing the glory of God, you are releasing His power. You are participating in Divine transformation.

Faith is a gift of God. “According as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith” (Romans 12:3).
> Without faith we cannot please God. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Hebrews 11:6).”For whatsoever is not of faith is sin”
 (Romans 14:23).
> The just shall live by faith. “For therein [in the Gospel] is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith”
 (Romans 1:17).
> We are made righteous by faith, not by keeping the Law. “Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe”
(Romans 3:22). “And be found in him [Jesus], not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith” (Philippians 3:9).
> We are justified (declared righteous) by faith, not by works. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:1). “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ …
for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified” (Galatians 2:16).
>We are sanctified (made holy) by faith. “To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me”
 (Acts 26:18).
> We become the children of God by faith. “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus”
 (Galatians 3:26).

> Faith is a need for us to gain eternal life from God, to have peace we desire in our heart. Because it is through faith we can be fulfilled.

Christ as God is object of Faith.

My dear friends don’t let public opinion, influence how you live out your glorious Christ originated faith. Listen , it isn’t it clear by now that God operates quite differently? He chose the world’s down-and-out as the kingdom first citizens with full rights and privileges’.

This Kingdom is promised to anyone who loves God and obey His commandments. And believes that Christ Jesus is the Lord and saviour. Because Christ as God is the object of Faith and mediator between us and God. He is the way to the Father. And believe in Him and hold upon Him. He is the author of Faith we believe in. All the encouragement to believe come from Him.

The blood of Jesus Christ, cleanse us all sin; there is a pollution on human nature, which is original, natural, universal and internal and nothing can remove it but the blood of Christ. Not ceremonial ablutions and sacrifices or moral duties or evangelical performances or submission to gospel ordinances.

Through Christ anything changes and we are strengthened to achieve God will. And the right to praise God is given to us mankind. Because He is our light made for Us.
